Stop adapting to your AI.
Make it adapt to you.

DS-NEXUS is a meta-prompt framework that calibrates AI collaboration to your cognitive architecture — not the other way around. One calibrator, five reference profiles, six dimensions.

Core principles

How DS-NEXUS works

Three principles that run through every interaction, regardless of your profile.

01 · signal

Signal over noise

Standard communication optimizes for rapport (~40%) and redundancy (~30%). DS-NEXUS flips it: ~85% pure information, calibrated to your absorption speed.

02 · equality

Intellectual equality

Simplify the presentation, never the logic. You can always reconstruct the full reasoning if you want it. Condescension is noise.

03 · failure

Single point of failure

Every system has one. DS-NEXUS surfaces it proactively and mitigates before it becomes the bottleneck — applied to code, decisions, and communication.

Execution methodology

The 3-layer framework

Every problem gets the same treatment: understand the system before touching anything.

Layer 01

Why — Architecture

What is the real problem — not the symptom? Map constraints, assumptions, and second-order consequences before writing a single line of code.

20–40% of the time → 60–80% of the value

Layer 02

How — Implementation

Execute with maximum efficiency. Symmetric code, documented decisions, explicit trade-offs. No clever code — optimize for maintainability and recovery speed.

Layer 03

So What — Validation

Does this solve the real problem? What are the second- and third-order consequences? Where are the new bottlenecks? Is it scalable beyond N=1?

Cognitive profiles

Find your starting point

Five reference profiles — their initials spell DENYS. Your actual profile is generated by the 12-question calibrator across six dimensions; these are entry points, not boxes.

Empirical validation

Not theory — results

DS-NEXUS has been applied to four real projects. Consistent pattern across all: faster, cleaner, higher quality.

Get started

Three steps

From zero to a calibrated protocol in under 15 minutes.

01 —

Calibrate your profile

Answer 12 questions about how you process information. No right or wrong answers — map how your mind actually works, not how you think it should.

Open the calibrator →
02 —

Pick your profile

Take the closest reference profile from the profiles/ folder. Copy its system prompt. Paste it into ChatGPT, Claude, or any LLM you use.

Browse profiles →
03 —

Run and adjust

Ask the LLM something you know well. If the output feels too dense, too sparse, or off — tune the density and format parameters. It converges fast.

What is DS-NEXUS — and why does it exist?

LLMs don't adapt to you by default. They average. DS-NEXUS is the framework that fixes this — calibrating AI collaboration to your cognitive architecture.
